How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide core app features including ride tracking, route suggestions, event planning, and rider interactions. We may also use your data for personalization and app improvement purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share necessary data with trusted third-party services (like Pusher or Firebase) to support functionality such as real-time messaging, analytics, or push notifications.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Riders app services.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Ride data, location data, messages, posts, events, and other user-generated content are retained while your account exists or until you delete the content or request deletion.

If you delete your account or request full data deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain information for a longer period. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being securely deleted.
