Account & Data Deletion – Riders

Users of the Riders mobile application can delete their account and associated personal data directly within the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Riders app
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

What data is deleted

• User profile information (email, username, profile data)
• Posts, tours, events, marketpalce items and uploaded content
• Chat messages and connections
• Stored location and activity data

Data retention

After account deletion, all personal data is immediately permanently removed!
Some anonymized records may be retained for legal or security purposes for up to 30 days.
